Do I drop my car off with you?
Yes — pick a package, book a slot, and drop your car off at our Trowbridge studio. We’ll let you know roughly how long it will take and message you as soon as it’s ready to collect.
How long does a detail take?
An Exterior Wash is usually around an hour, a Basic Valet a couple of hours, and a Deep Clean can take most of the day depending on the size and condition of the vehicle.
Can you remove pet hair, stains and odours?
Absolutely — our Deep Clean is built for exactly that, with seat and carpet shampooing, pet-hair removal and steam-cleaned plastics to leave the interior fresh.
Do you offer paint correction?
Yes. Paint correction (machine polishing to remove swirls and light scratches) is quoted per vehicle once we’ve inspected the paint, so you get an accurate price for the work needed.
What’s included in the 3-month sealant?
The Basic Valet finishes with a protective sealant that helps water and dirt bead off the paint, keeping your car cleaner and easier to maintain for around three months.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken once the work is complete and you’re happy with the result. Card and cash are both fine.
